When you contact us, we will email you to set up a time to meet and discuss your project as soon as we are able to. At this consultation we will discuss your project- offer ideas, walk step by step through the project, give a realistic estimation of time required to complete the project, and in some cases we are able to give you a quote for the cost of the project and schedule your project. Some projects, such as drainage and retaining walls will require more work on our part before we are able to give you an quote. In that case we will write up an estimate and email it to you. During our busiest times of the year, this may take us a week or so after our meeting. This estimate will include the cost of the materials, and also lay out step by step the work that we will do to complete your project. Once we have received your acceptance of our proposal, then we will schedule the job. We pride ourselves on being able to get the job done quickly while maintaining the integrity and quality of our work. You do not pay until after we have completed the project. (For some large scale projects we will create a contract and require part of the cost upfront to allow us to get the materials needed.) After we have completed the project we will email you an invoice for the cost.
